about the commercial cleaning market and the Enviro-Master® franchise.
How much does an Enviro-Master® franchise cost to open?
The total investment to begin an individual operator franchise ranges between $90,670 and $114,670.
The total investment to begin a standard franchise ranges between $265,510 and $359,510.

How much is an Enviro-Master® franchise fee?
The franchise fee for our new, individual operator franchise is $50,000. The franchise fee for our new, standard franchise is $90,000.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer a Veteran Discount which saves 10% off the franchise fee (available on new standard and new individual operator territory options).
How much is my ongoing franchise royalty fee?
Your franchise will pay a royalty fee of 6%.
Do you help potential franchisees secure financing?
We do not offer direct financing. However, we work with a number of third-party financial institutions that may be able to help you with financing.
Do I need commercial cleaning, sales or Executive leadership experience to become a franchise owner?
Not at all. Some of our most successful franchisees had ZERO industry-related experience. We do recommend that you have an entrepreneurial spirit, a desire to serve people and your community, and the drive to follow our proven business model.
Are your products safe to use for my franchise team and our clients?
Yes. Through extensive research from the purchasing team and testing from Dr. Gerba, we have successfully identified the right mix of products that are both safe and effective. Many of our products are considered “green and eco-friendly” and some have even met FDA standards for use in food & beverage settings.
How often will I talk to the personal business coach that you assign me?
You’ll have access to your business coach as often as needed. They will walk you through every step of the onboarding process but there are many corporate team members that will be working with you on a daily basis.
How large can my franchise territory be?
We work closely with you to identify a realistic franchise territory for your business. Our territories are larger than most within our industry.
Can I own more than one franchise territory?
Yes. While most franchise owners are very happy with their results on a single territory, depending on the results of your first territory, we are willing to discuss what a multi-territory expansion would look like.
What is the term of the agreement?
Our initial franchise agreement term is 5 years. At the end of the initial term, franchisees can renew for 10 years.
Will I have contact with other franchisees?
Yes, you will have plenty of contact with other franchisees. We are purposeful in connecting each new franchise owner with other owners during the Discovery process and upon starting operations.
