Leadership Spotlight: Trissja-Rey Davis, Director of Franchise Sales

August 11, 2026

Helping prospective franchise owners evaluate opportunity, fit, and long-term success.

When someone contacts Enviro-Master® to learn about franchising, the first person they speak with is Trissja-Rey Davis. As Director of Franchise Sales, she guides prospective owners through the process and helps them determine whether the opportunity is the right fit.

That last part matters. Davis is candid about what her role actually involves.

“My job is to walk people through the sales process and inform them about the brand,” she says. “But I also want to make sure it’s actually a good fit for them.”

A Background Built Around Franchising

Davis did not arrive at Enviro-Master® from a single industry. She spent years working with recognized franchise brands, including Midas, Big O Tires, and Scooter’s Coffee, with direct involvement in every phase of awarding and opening locations.

That experience gave her a complete picture of what franchise ownership requires. Not just how a deal gets done, but what happens after the agreement is signed.

Her perspective also comes from a more personal place. Her father was a franchisee, and growing up in an entrepreneurial household shaped how she thinks about business ownership and why people pursue it.

“This was a natural progression for me,” Davis says. “I have helped franchisees not only purchase locations but all the way through doors open. Being able to discuss the brand and let people decide if it is a good fit felt like the right next step.”

What Candidates Ask Most

Davis fields a consistent set of questions from prospective owners early in the process. Two come up more than any others: How do I get my customers? And what kind of support will I receive?

Both questions point to the same underlying concern. People want to know whether the business model is realistic and whether they will have help building it.

On the customer acquisition side, Enviro-Master® has a built-in advantage. The franchisor operates an inside sales team that conducts outbound prospecting and sets appointments on behalf of franchisees, particularly during the startup phase. Franchisees are not handed a territory and then left alone to figure out their market.

That said, Davis is straightforward with candidates about what the business demands.

“I push them to understand that the sales piece will never be done,” she says. “You will always have a need to go out and talk to new potential customers.”

What Resonates and Why

Two aspects of the Enviro-Master® model tend to stand out most during early conversations with candidates.

The first is recurring revenue. Enviro-Master® builds its business on service contracts rather than one-time jobs. Once a customer signs on, they tend to stay. Davis estimates the average customer relationship lasts about three years, which translates into a predictable and compounding revenue base.

“With recurring revenue, you can easily understand how much business it will take each month to hit your goals,” she says. “And you can reverse engineer that to a business goal.”

The second point is harder to quantify but comes up consistently. Davis points out that Enviro-Master® operates in a category that does not face displacement from automation or artificial intelligence. Businesses need physical facilities cleaned and sanitized. That work requires people, trained technicians, and consistent service delivery. The work Enviro-Master® technicians perform is unlikely to be automated away.

For candidates evaluating long-term investment stability, that distinction carries weight.

Who the Business Is Built For

Davis believes the Enviro-Master® model works for a wide range of candidates, and she is deliberate about making that case honestly rather than selectively.

“Anyone can do this,” she says. “So many businesses can use the service, and we offer so much training and support to the franchisees.”

The brand serves commercial clients across a broad range of industries, including restaurants, healthcare facilities, gyms, schools, offices, automotive dealerships, retail stores, and manufacturing facilities. That customer diversity gives franchisees a significant growth runway within a single territory, which typically contains between 10,000 and 25,000 business locations.

Enviro-Master® also offers eight service lines, which means franchisees can expand revenue within an existing account as the relationship grows. A customer that starts with restroom hygiene service may later add drain treatment, window cleaning, or electrostatic disinfection.

Davis describes the model as one that rewards long-term relationship-building. Customers stay, and those who stay become opportunities for expanded service.

“Once you get a customer, you have them for about three years,” Davis says. That retention window gives franchisees room to deepen each account while continuing to grow their overall customer base.

The Direction of the Brand

Davis describes the current period at Enviro-Master® as one of deliberate, structured growth. The brand recently brought in Frank Costello as Chief Executive Officer. Costello comes from a background in large-scale franchise systems and has concentrated his early tenure on strengthening operational execution and expanding the network.

Davis points to his vision as one of the more compelling aspects of the brand’s future.

“The brand is working to own the restroom, and own the cleanliness of businesses as a whole,” she says. “Frank’s vision is very exciting.”

Starting the Conversation

For candidates who want to learn more, the next step is a direct conversation with Davis. The introductory call is practical by design. She provides information about the opportunity and asks about background, goals, and financial readiness.

It is not a sales pitch. It is a structured conversation intended to help both sides determine whether there is a real fit.

Candidates can reach Trissja-Rey Davis at franchise@enviro-master.com or by phone at (954) 496-0482. Scheduling an appointment is also available through the Enviro-Master® franchise website.
